Who is/was Nelson Mandela?
Nelson Mandela was a South African political leader and a philanthropist. He was the countries first black head of the state.
He was imprisoned for 27 years fighting for freedom even though he got a lot of hate he continued to fight. He was fighting for apartheid but was also fighting for something better which was freedom, justice and dignity.
