The IP skill we used on Wednesday was Inclusiveness because we had to work in groups ,I was able to use warm fuzzies I used "we can do it" to encourage my team.
Using manakitanga made our team work better and way more fun. We worked well together when most of the people in the group were holding the cups and one of us was tying the cups together. If I got to do this activity again I would be more focused and communicate with my teammates more.
.I worked at level One of the hellions behavior model because i participated but got distracted easily.
